I’ve been coaching (bullying) someone through total compensation negotiations. They did not want to ask for a sign-on bonus out of fear of appearing greedy. We cannot close our own pay and wealth gaps with cowardice.
Stop being scared & ASK FOR THE DAM SIGN-ON BONUS! ASK FOR THE PERFORMANCE BASED BONUS! ASK FOR THE RETENTION BONUS!
You might not get one this time, but you dam sure need to start practicing & being comfortable asking for it every time going forward.
Also proud to say the bullying worked to the tune of a $20k bag secured.
Blood in the Stock Market Streets This Week
